Way Forward is a not-for-profit Australian organization whose sole purpose is to help people struggling with multiple unsecured debts return to financial stability. As they began to grow, they reached out to Kiandra to help develop an IT Strategy and implement a CRM that will support their unique business.

Way Forward is a not-for-profit Australian organization whose sole purpose is to help people struggling with multiple unsecured debts return to financial stability. As they began to grow, they reached out to Kiandra to help develop an IT Strategy and implement a CRM that will support their unique business.


After establishing the organization in early 2018, Way Forward needed to institute processes, select a framework, and ensure cyber security was front and centre as they began to take on their first clients.

The business was sprouting its roots and had to migrate from spreadsheets to an established CRM system. This would involve a four-month engagement that encompassed everything from discovery and design workshops through to software implementation and support.

Kiandra first held a requirements workshop with Way Forward to get a thorough understanding of their current landscape, and what they were looking for from a technical standpoint.

Once business processes were mapped and overlaid with intended software solutions, it was on to project delivery.

Outcome

After assisting in software-selection and business analysis, Kiandra was able to ensure Way Forward had a clear strategy in place.
We were also able to migrate the business from a series of spreadsheets to an integrated CRM solution built to support their corporate strategy. Way Forward now have established, repeatable business processes, concise reporting and are ready to scale with their inevitable growth.
