As a fierce introvert, that would be more than happy to be left alone for the majority of the time, I concede I still need and enjoy the time I get to spend with friends and work colleagues.

I am a great believer that a company’s culture is a shapeshifter. It is constantly changing and morphing – dependent on the collective mood, the new bright spark just hired, or who is winning at table tennis.
At the heart of it, we, as employees, are attracted to companies for many reasons, mostly it is the role we have applied for and the specific set of skills we possess. But in the end, it is the people, the culture and the sense of belonging that engage and retain us.
