Foundation:
 under this agreement, Kiandra remotely maintains and monitors your IT network and system from our Melbourne office for a fixed monthly fee. 

Foundation+: the most popular service we provide. Under this agreement, you receive fixed price maintenance, monitoring and support services.

Fortress: our premium service. Fortress includes enhanced fixed price maintenance, monitoring and support, with added security services. 

ManagedServices tabe 

Kiandra also offers a range of agreement add-on’s to provide a tailored solutions in key areas where you need it most.

Scorpion Security Add-On: this provides you with enhanced security services, monitoring and penetration testing. Perfect for companies that store sensitive data or client information.

Database Management Add-On: this provides enhanced management for those companies with larger database requirements.

Extended Hours and 24x7 Support Add-On: this means we will always be able to meet your support needs no matter what hours you operate.

Antivirus and Mobile Device Management: add this to any agreement to ensure you’re always protecting you devices and corporate data.

Our expert engineers hold tertiary certificates, diplomas, degrees and masters degrees, certifications in Prince2,PMBOK, ITIL as well as Microsoft MCP and MCSE, Cisco CCNA, Symantec STS, VMware VCP, Citrix CCEA and CCA certifications proving they have the expert skills and knowledge to work with the solutions we deliver.

Kiandra can supplement and assist your existing IT staff or provide a fully outsourced support service agreement with quick response times, a friendly, knowledgeable and accessible service desk, proactive monitoring and alerts and scheduled maintenance to keep things running smoothly if you don’t have your own IT staff.
