UCI Projects - Server upgrade to support ERP rollout
In order to provide a platform for UCI's new ERP solution, the existing server and networking infrastructure needed to be upgraded.
Kiandra transitioned UCI's Small Business Server infrastructure to full Exchange Server and SQL Server.
The upgrade overcame challenges with data security and utilises VMware VI Foundation and Citrix Presentation Server technologies to further extend the infrastructure to branch offices and remote users while reducing the number of physical host servers deployed and maintained.
Kiandra maintains the environment with a comprehensive service agreement and provides infrastructure monitoring services to detect and respond to issues as they arise.
