Esanda - Customer and Credit Risk Management Application
Kiandra built a credit risk management application for use within Esanda internally.
The system takes the user through several guided and dynamic questions, each one structured in real time against the previous answers.
When the assessment is completed, an Excel spreadsheet representation of the calculations and result is created and emailed as required. This solution was developed and then handed over to internal staff.
In addition, Kiandra developed a customer price grade calculator solution that imbedded into Excel for use by Esanda brokers.
It enables potential customers to receive a credit risk rating based on dynamic criteria and assessment algorithms.
