Microsoft Certified Gold Partnership

Kiandra is a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner.
Each Microsoft Certified Gold Partner must employ a minimum number of Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) who have a demonstrated level of technical expertise and the proven ability to deliver solutions featuring Microsoft products. MCPs must pass certification exams developed by Microsoft.

Microsoft Certified Partners typically offer several areas of technical expertise including infrastructure, networking, software development and websites, office automation, e-commerce, collaboration, business intelligence, and other leading edge disciplines. Microsoft Certified Partner services include consulting, training, implementation, maintenance/support, and hosting services.

Whole of Government eServices Panel

Kiandra has been appointed as a member of the Whole of Victorian Government eServices Panel, established and managed by the Chief Technology Office (CTO). The Panel is composed of high-quality eServices suppliers. It is designed to streamline purchasing for Victorian Government Departments by providing a pool of suppliers with standard contract terms, a high level of quality assurance, and an established set of capabilities.

Quality Assurance Process

Kiandra is committed to the provision of quality systems, solutions and services that fulfil the expectations and needs of our customers.  Our in-house QA regime applies many principles of SEI-CMM to our application development projects.  

Kiandra is formalising our commitment through ITIL and ISO9001 series certification.  This project also seeks to extract the best practice components from SEI-CMM, including a cycle of continuous learning and improvement, and incorporate them into our everyday quality culture.
